NSN Takes Over from Israel-Premier Tech
The rebranding of Israel-Premier Tech is now complete—at least on the surface. New title sponsor NSN, alongside Stonweg, is attempting to give the controversial squad a fresh identity heading into 2025.
The move comes after IPT lost its primary bike sponsor Factor, which distanced itself from the team amid ongoing controversy surrounding the Israeli-backed organization.

The Girmay Statement
The marquee signing of Biniam Girmay represents a significant step in rebuilding the team's reputation. The Eritrean sprinter, who made history as the first Black African to win a Grand Tour stage, brings both talent and credibility to the new-look squad.

The Derek Gee Situation
One major question mark hangs over Canadian rider Derek Gee. The promising all-rounder had a long-term contract with IPT but is currently suing to void the agreement, citing various contractual disputes.
In response, IPT and team owner Sylvan Adams have countersued Gee for $30 million in damages. The Canadian is rumored to be close to signing with Ineos Grenadiers, but this legal battle appears far from resolution.
Interestingly, NSN still lists Gee among their roster for next season—a sign that the team isn't ready to let go of one of cycling's rising talents.
What's Really Changed?
While the sponsor logos have been swapped, questions remain about whether the team's management structure has truly evolved. The cosmetic rebrand is complete, but whether NSN represents a genuine fresh start or simply a new coat of paint on the same organization remains to be seen.
